Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $9.99
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $24.99
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day - $49.99
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $150 (Standard only)

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress. Most carriers provide real-time tracking updates.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Investigate the claim with the shipping carrier
  • Provide a replacement or full refund
  • Offer free reshipping at our expense

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. Eligible items can be returned for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Return shipping is free for defective items; customer pays return shipping for other returns.
